The user must register by creating a new account through the app, fill in the requisite details and add a mobile payment gateway account for which the user has options from Reliance JioMoney, MobiKwik, and Airtel Money. The balance in the payment gateway gets debited once the toll tag recharge is successful.
A. The user has the options of recharging their toll tags through Reliance JioMoney, MobiKwik and Airtel Money, three of India’s leading mobile payment platforms, with which Highway SaathiTM app is presently integrated. More payment gateways coming up soon….

A. It is strictly prohibited to purchase two FASTag for one vehicle. In case of multiple FASTag, customer will be responsible for operational issues.
A. In case of car being sold or transferred; only the Issuer Agency needs to be informed.
A. The vehicle owner/ user could approach the Issuer Agency for replacement of FASTag.
A. It is planned to extend usage of FASTag to toll plazas at State highways for tolling, parking lots for parking charge and various other payments at wayside amenities.
