Highway Saathi offers you the option of recharging your tag through a supported digital wallet.

That being so, a certain no. of trips shall be credited to the user account depending on the recharge amount. A unique transaction ID would be generated against the same. In case of a tag not being recharged, due to any network problem or technical fault, then the user can inform the concerned authorities (please see Contact Us/Customer Care section) by contacting and lodging a complaint, giving details about the issues. All registered complaints shall be resolved within 9 days of registering the same. Highway Saathi shall not refund the recharged amount after a successful recharge under any circumstances.
